within Santa Ignacia water district's area of service.
B. What are the
requirements?
Any valid I.D.( for confirmation only)
Photocopy of Valid I.D.
Photocopy of Business Permit, if for a commercial category
C.
When can be the service can be availed?
Monday to Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
No Lunch Break
D. About the Service
The connection will not be installed
until all requirements are completed,
all fees are paid and approved for
installation.

commodity charges to be paid. |
Conduct site inspection and inform the client of all materials, fees and
commodity charges to be paid. Forward signed SACO to the cashier.
